Chalet du Chêne



We have been running GourmetSki since 2006, starting with the renovation of Chalet Gourmet and creation of our company.

We both have decades of experience in the hospitality business - Richard is a professional chef and has 15 years experience in hotels and restaurants. "I apprenticed at Whately Manor, Malmesbury (now 2 Michelin starred) and then worked with a former sous chef from Le Gavroche".

Due to a love of the outdoors and a passion for fine cuisine we launched GourmetSki.
